casa Marilia is located in a quiet alley, just 600m from the city center. Placed in a peaceful neighbourhood the house itself is brand new and fully furnished. A flowered garden around the house, with 2 nice bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, a comfy living room, a flat-screen 40’ smart TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi 50 Mbps, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven, and air condition all over the house. You will have the opportunity to relax and feel like home during your vacation. Within a small distance, you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, a private clinic and the central bus station of Chania. Popular points of interest near the holiday home include Municipal Art Gallery of Chania, Mitropoleos Square and Municipal Market of Chania. The nearest airport is Chania International Airport, 15 km from casa Marilia.
Neighbourhood
The neighborhood although its central location is really friendly quiet and safe. Just a 600m distance from the city center and old harbor, it is actually a small local alley without passing cars and people except its few residents, one family and 2 sweet grandmas. So, you get chance to feel like a local, enjoy its peaceful moments during day and night and explore Chania town with a stroll along its harbor and a walk in its beautiful allies of the old town.
Casa Marilia policies
We kindly ask to keep bed mattresses, pillows and couch dry at all time.
Whenever you leave the house please turn off all electric devices (A/C, kitchen, lights) to minimize energy waste.
When you use the A/C remember to keep the doors and windows closed, in order to balance the house temperature easier and faster.
If anything breaks or something does not function properly hesitate to contact us so we figure out a solution or fix the problem as soon as possible.
If you need any extra housekeeping service or amenities during your stay just ask for and we will provide it.
Before you depart, remember to write a note, inscription or complaint to our guestbook.

Cancellations
Strict · Free cancellation for 48 hours and the arrival day is at least 14 days away.
After that, cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the service fee.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
Guest access
All the rooms mentioned and pictured are available for use and access for our guests and only. From the surrounding garden and balcony to the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms, feel free to enjoy the peaceful vibe of casa Marilia and feel like home during your stay. The entire house, along with the side garden is for your use only, with a separate entrance with your neighbor Marina. The small alley and neighbourhood are generally quiet during the day so i am just kindly asking to respect the others as they will do the same.
Transportations
casa Marilia with its central location is easily accessible by bus, car or even on foot from the city centre (just a 8' min walk). Both the central bus station (KTEL) or the city bus station are close, just 600m away connecting Chania town with the airport and port of Souda with daily routes, as well as daily excursions (Samaria gorge, Balos lagoon, Elafonisi and Seitan limania beach). If you do have your own car, free parking spots are available around the block. So many options offered for you to choose, please contact us for any advice regarding your transportation.
